Sophisticated. Effective. Trustworthy.
The ability for pilots to log their flights. Includes Flight Time(via Hour Meter), Block Time(wheels roll to wheel stop), Blade Time(Engine Start to Engine Stop), Fuel/Oil Added, Weather Days, Squawks.
Define a maintenance item once and link it to multiple aircraft. This allows the maintenance planner to make a change to a common maintenance item, by making a single change to the system.
Aviator will pre-populate the log entry with maintenance task information captured on the Work Order, as well as the times & cycles of the Airframe, Engine & Propeller.
Your legacy flight data can be imported and be available for reporting and analytics.
With one click you can generate an Airworthiness Directive Compliance Report that uses maintenance data. No need to maintain AD statuses.
The ability to assign maintenance tasks to Work Order and track the workflow of the Work Order.
Aviator maintains a growing list of pre-defined Maintenance Templates for Airframes, Engines and Propellers, these include Cessna Caravan, King Air, DHC-6 Twin Otter, Viking SC-7 Skyvan, Viking SD3 Sherpa, Daher Kodiak, PT6A -20, -21, -27, -28, 34 , -42, -45, -65, TPE331 -2(and Super 2), -5, -10, Hartzell, MT Propeller, McCauley
As flights are logged, the hours and cycles are automatically attributed to the aircraft components, so there is no need for the maintenance planner to update the times and cycles in the maintenance system.
PT6A and TPE331 engines require that partial cycles be counted for special use operations. With Aviator, these calculations are performed automatically as flights are logged.
Pilots or maintenance staff can view or add aircraft squawks. As squawks are logged, emails can be generated to user defined email addresses.
Track your pilot’s Medical and BFR currency.
A quick summary report containing maintenance items define by user. Can be accessed via a QR Code lookup.
